My journey
As CEO & Partner of CBO Group, I have dedicated my career to operational excellence and digital transformation of organizations in Morocco and Africa. Expert in MES systems (Manufacturing Execution Systems), I support companies in their evolution towards industry 4.0.
In July 2025, I initiated a major strategic partnership between CBO Group and Makila AI, leader in artificial intelligence. This alliance allows us to offer innovative solutions combining business expertise and advanced AI: HR and financial predictive analysis, strategic workforce planning, data-based talent management, and intelligent process automation.
My vision: putting technological innovation at the service of people to enable organizations to make informed decisions and successfully support their teams in digital transformation.
